IL33 is a multifunctional gene, which can activate mast cells, lymphocytes and eosinophils Th2 cytokines, in inflammation, infection and autoimmune disease plays a very important role . Human IL33 gene is located on chromosome 9p24.1 and encodes polypeptides formed by 270 amino acid residues. The corresponding full-length protein molecular weight is about 18KD.
